Veria Marble and Granite Return Policy

At Veria Marble and Granite, we are committed to delivering porcelain slabs and tables of the highest quality. Due to the high value, fragile nature, and specific application of our products, we maintain a strict return policy designed to protect the integrity of our inventory and ensure fairness to our customers.

Please review this policy thoroughly before finalizing your purchase.

1. Eligibility for Returns & Key Conditions

Returns are only accepted under the following conditions:

Return Window You must initiate a return request within 30 days of the confirmed delivery date.
Product State Products must be returned in their original, unused, unaltered, and undamaged condition.
Packaging All items must be returned in their original protective packaging or comparable professional packaging to prevent damage during return transit.
Proof of Purchase A valid order number or proof of purchase is required for all return requests.

2. Mandatory Inspection and Acceptance at Delivery

Given the size and fragility of porcelain slabs, immediate and thorough inspection upon delivery is mandatory.

  • Reporting Damage: Any visible damage, defect, or inaccuracy (incorrect size, color, or quantity) must be reported immediately to the delivery team and noted clearly on the shipping Carrier’s Bill of Lading (BOL) or delivery receipt.
  • Acceptance: By signing the BOL without notation of damage or discrepancy, you acknowledge receipt of the order in full, acceptable condition. Veria Marble and Granite will not process returns or claims for damage or defects reported after the delivery has been signed for and completed.

3. Non-Returnable Items (Final Sale)

The following items are considered Final Sale and are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Customized or Altered Slabs: Any porcelain slab that has been cut, fabricated, polished, treated, or otherwise altered from its original purchased dimensions or finish.
  • Installed Products: Any product that has been installed, partially installed, or used in any manner.
  • Special Orders: Items specially ordered, non-stock items, or products sourced outside of our standard collection.
  • Discontinued Items: Products purchased at a clearance or final sale price.

4. Return Process

  1. Initiate Request: Contact our Customer Support Team within the 7-day window via email at tasos@veriamg.com or by phone at (301) 251-8800. Please provide your order number, reason for the return, and high-resolution images of the product in its packaging.
  2. Authorization: Upon review, we will provide a Return Authorization (RA) number and detailed instructions for return shipping logistics. No returns will be accepted without a valid RA number.
  3. Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for arranging and paying for the return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a defect or an error by Veria Marble and Granite. Due to the requirement for freight shipping, we highly recommend purchasing insurance for the return shipment.

5. Fees and Refunds

Restocking Fee

All approved non-defective returns are subject to a 5% Restocking Fee. This fee covers the costs associated with quality control inspection, warehouse handling, and administrative processing. The 5% restocking fee will be deducted from your total refund amount.

Refund Processing

Once the returned product is received and our quality control team verifies that it is in acceptable, re-saleable condition (as per Section 1), your refund will be processed.

  • The refund (less the 5% Restocking Fee and original/return shipping costs) will be issued to your original method of payment.
  • Please allow 15 to 30 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account, depending on your financial institution.
